Includes some earlier reports, from 1952 to 1954, and later correspondence, from 1969 to 1961, related to Kellogg funding.

Robert C. Higgy was the founding director of radio station WOSU, and later, television station WOSU-TV at Ohio State University. Robert E. Underwood, Jr. was born January 21, 1931 in Pennsylvania. He attended St. Joseph's College and the University of Illinois. Underwood worked for many years as the Network Manager for the National Association of Educational Broadcasters, from at least 1957 to 1964. He was affiliated with WKAR from at least 1935 until 1958, when he retired from Michigan State.
